Louisiana’s premier talent competition! Hosted at Howard Theatre on the Louisiana Tech campus, this is your shot at the spotlight, the stage, and $10,000 in cash prizes. Singers. Dancers. Musicians. Performers of all kinds are encouraged to apply!

The spotlight is calling — do you have what it takes to wow the crowd and become the next Bayou Star? Whether you sing, dance, juggle, act, or bring something totally unique to the stage, we want you to show us what you’ve got! This is your chance to step into the limelight and let your talent do the talking.

Bayou Star Search is a state-wide talent contest in Ruston, Louisiana, on the campus of Louisiana Tech University. Produced by Louisiana Delta Ballet, this contest will feature singers, dancers, musicians, and performers of all kinds competing on the stage to win prizes, including a first place prize of $10,000 dollars!

This don’t-miss August 16th event will shine the spotlight on Louisiana’s most talented stars.

Proceeds from Bayou Star Search will benefit Louisiana Delta Ballet, a 501(c)(3) corporation.
